Most home insurance policies cover Trace & Access costs — the investigation needed to find the leak, even if the leak itself is excluded. We invoice your insurer directly where possible.

How much does leak detection cost?

A typical residential leak detection survey starts from £395 + VAT. Complex or large properties are quoted after a short call. Every quote is fixed — no hidden extras.
